"Keepin' in touch!"

Greetings SBHS '63 Classmates

The SBHS Class of '63 45th Reunion committee is working toward long-term improved communications with our classmates. To that end, we have established a class email address SBHS63@gmail.com and a blog http://sbhs63.blogspot.com/. You should have received a business card similar to the one above in your reunion packet. Post it near your computer, add us to your contact's list and ID the blog as a favorite in your browser. These steps will allow us to update you inexpensively and provide a location where we can eventually post class-related information. As the blog evolves we may even have a page for class members to post something about themselves. We seek your input for the blog and what you might like to see posted.

Please help us by sending an email with your current mailing and email address. SBHS63@gmail.com We promise not to flood your email with junk! Our contact data base is for the sole use of the Class of '63 and will not be shared. If a class member would like to contact the entire class they would first have to send the info to the SBHS63 email address for review. We respect your privacy.

Thanks for helping us meet our goal of "Keepin' in touch."

SBHS '63 FRESHMEN PHOTOS

These pictures are from the 1960's Flashes.
They were probably taken in the fall of 1959 when we began our freshman year at SBHS. Doing the math, that's nearly ?? years ago. Get out your pencil and paper and see how many you can identify. They're in alphabetical order so that should help.

Class of '63 --AM Kindergarten

Click on the picture to make it bigger.

These cuties are members of the Class of '63. A number of us first met in kindergarten. This morning kindergarten group photo was taken during the 1950/51 school year (during the winter - note snow scenes on chalkboard) in the former SBHS building on 5th Avenue. Can you name all your classmates? Mrs. Raynard and Miss Westphal were our teachers. Click here for a copy of the known names. Your help in identifying or correcting names would be appreciated. We're also looking for a similar afternoon photo. If you have one contact the Blog Administrator.

Class of '63 -- PM Kindergarten BOYS

These are members of the Class of '63. Although they're handsome gentlemen, a few appear to be somewhat distracted. Perhaps there were girls waiting in the wings for their picture to be taken. Could that be a distraction? It appears this afternoon boy's kindergarten group photo was taken around Easter time (Don't ya think the bunnys tell us that?) during the 1950/51 school year. Can you name all your classmates? Mrs. Raynard and Miss Westphal were our teachers. Click here for a copy of the known names. Your help in identifying or correcting names would be appreciated. We're also looking for a similar afternoon photo with the girls. Is there such a photo? If you have one contact the Blog Administrator.

Do you have any old photos of class members? We're looking for more.
Thanks to Mike Chisholm for this photo.

Over the course of an average lifetime you meet a lot of people.
Some of them stick with you through thick and thin,
some weave their way through your life and disappear forever.
But every once and awhile someone comes along
who earns a permanent spot in your heart.
